REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years experience in a remote lodge environment
• Must have a drivers license
• Formal Culinary Qualification (essential)
• Support and training on junior and new chefs
• Produce excellent high-quality food
• Attention to detail
• Ensure all menus are followed and food standard is always excellent
• Work flexibly and creative within a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to handle customer problems and complaints
• Work within operational budgets
• Passionate about guest satisfaction
• Excellent Computer Skills, and knowledge of POS systems
